Jason is an excellent and very knowledgeable technician. He explains things in detail to where I have an option for new equipment, possibly$0 out of pocket. I'll be listing my home soon and will be a to increase equity with new equipment and the sale may cover costs (if I related that correctly). We'll see when I have a sit down with the manager. We experienced a complete failure due to a power surge. Ended up with two technicians working on replacing parts inside and outside.  They stayed late and didn’t leave until we had the AC restored.  Really appreciate above and beyond service.
