Josh, our most recent tech, went above and beyond to help with our current issue along with answering more questions on how to make our system work better. He was very knowledgeable, and we will continue to work to resolve the humidity issues.Da'Ron was great. Explained the program and taught me something about the efficiencies of new units. Although our units are working, we've established a great relationship for the future. So he scheduled me with Mario who was also kind and honest and swift in his ability to come take care of us. Turns out we had been lied to by the other company, our thermostat was installed perfectly. Mario had the parts we needed and he got us cooling back off lickety split!
