Fourth Year of Partnership Brings Comfort to a Community Member in Need

For the fourth year in a row, The Chill Brothers proudly partnered with Lennox’s Feel the Love program to bring comfort and care to a deserving local homeowner. This year, the team installed a brand-new Lennox HVAC system at no cost for Marie Bordner, a local woman known for her kindness and devotion to her family and community.

Marie has spent much of her life caring for others, including helping raise and nurture her multiple great-grandchildren. Despite living with only window units to cool her home, she always puts her loved ones first. Her selflessness and compassion made her a perfect nominee for this year’s Feel the Love recipient.

“It’s always an honor to be part of Lennox Feel the Love,” said Troy Pope, Service Manager at The Chill Brothers. “Seeing Marie go from relying on old window units to enjoying the comfort and efficiency of a brand-new Lennox system was truly rewarding. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.”

The Lennox Feel the Love program partners with local HVAC dealers across the country to recognize community members who go above and beyond. Each year, selected nominees receive a new high-efficiency Lennox heating and cooling system, installed free of charge by local contractors.

“My family had been without central A/C for going on three years,” said Marie Bordner, Feel the Love recipient.  “With help from The Chill Brothers and Lennox we received a complete HVAC system and there are no words to express the gratitude our family has for both The Chill brothers and Lennox. Not only did we receive the system but we received excellent service with installation. The Chill Brothers management, installation staff and customer service went above and beyond to make this a great experience.”

For The Chill Brothers, participating in Feel the Love has become a meaningful tradition that aligns perfectly with their mission to serve the community with compassion and care.
