Chill Bucks are our credit system for discounts when you upgrade. You can use the $240 Chill Bucks you earn through the plan (in combination with other sources) directly when you replace your system.
What happens if your technician finds an issue during the 21-point inspection?
Our technicians check for all the components and report to you if they find any issues. If they find any minor issues in the process, they fix them. If it’s a major issue, we wait for your approval before making further moves.
When do the two pre-season tune-ups happen, and do I have to remember to schedule them?
The pre-season takes place before the heavy-usage seasons in summer and winter. As for the scheduling, you don’t need to schedule them separately. We’ll contact you, and our technicians will visit you at your convenience.
Does the $19.99/month plan cover my entire home?
$19.99/month fee is applicable for one HVAC unit (heating and cooling, along with an air handler). For heat pumps, you will get two yearly visits with one plan. If you have multiple units for multiple spaces, you can sign up separately.
