Tower Heating & Air, a Chill Brothers Company, is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish while leading and mentoring installation team members. You will be responsible for ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage an installation crew on residential HVAC replacement and installation projects.
Coordinate daily installation activities to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience.
Work closely with the Installation Manager to review project details, job progress, and scheduling needs.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and industry regulations.
Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers.
Complete required documentation and utilize company software and mobile applications.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer in residential HVAC.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience using tablets, mobile applications, and technology in the field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report review.
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
