The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for customers already in the market for our products and services. HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed. If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Run pre-qualified and confirmed appointments from Direct Marketing and Online Sources.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Sales Closing Experience (HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong desire for personal growth and professional development.

    Chill Brothers has been out for a number of issues now with thermostats and the technicians have been very helpful. Josh, our most recent tech, went above and beyond to help with our current issue along with answering more questions on how to make our system work better.     Da'Ron was great.  Explained the program and taught me something about the efficiencies of new units.  Although our units are working, we've established a great relationship for the future.     Absolutely exceptional service from Andrew, his partner and Mario the technician. We got told by another company that because my husband installed a new thermostat that we had fried our unit. Andrew came out to inspect and didn’t feel right about just selling us a unit when ours wasn’t at the end of its life expectancy yet. So he scheduled me with Mario who was also kind and honest and swift in his ability to come take care of us. Turns out we had been lied to by the other company, our thermostat was installed perfectly. Mario had the parts we needed and he got us cooling back off lickety split!
