The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for customers already in the market for our products and services. HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed. If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Run pre-qualified and confirmed appointments from Direct Marketing and Online Sources.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Preferred Sales Closing Experience (HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed).
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire for personal growth and professional development.
