Position Summary
The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing high-quality workmanship.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, and representing the company professionally in the field.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential, multi-family, and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on plumbing equipment and fixtures
- Install and repair water heaters, drains, faucets, fixtures, and piping systems
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Complete digital work orders and job documentation accurately
- Participate in an after-hours and on-call rotation schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and plumbing code requirements
- Represent Tower Heating, Air & Plumbing professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Plumbing service experience required
- Experience in residential, multi-family, and/or commercial plumbing preferred
- Licensed plumbers encouraged to apply
- Experienced non-licensed plumbers with strong service experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and digital work order systems

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments
