The Chill Brothers Team.
The Chill Brothers would like to recognize one of our service technicians, Franco Castro, as Chill Brother of the Month! Franco loves to spend time with his friends and go off-roading in his jeep. Want to know more about Franco and what he does with The Chill Brothers? Read and watch below!
“My daily routine usually starts out with a coffee or an energy drink, because we all need a little start to the day. After that, I start by looking at my schedule, since everyday is different, I like to plan ahead in case I have to get more supplies or what I need to get ready for the day.”
“My favorite part about being a service technician is being able to help people. A home is a place where you want to feel comfortable, and no one wants to come home to a 90 degree house. You want to be able to enjoy a show, have some dinner and maybe take a shower, but you can’t do that if your home is hot. Sometimes we get called heroes because we save the day, and that’s what I like about it.”
“I’ve noticed that we go above and beyond for customers. We aren’t just a big corporation looking for profit, we actually want to help customers feel comfortable in their homes.”
“In my free time, I like to hang out with friends. There is never a dull moment and we always laugh until we can’t breathe. I also really enjoy going off-roading with my Jeep. I really like the adrenaline when I go ‘climb rocks’.
“My favorite memory was when we had a ‘surprise’ party for one of my coworkers that just had twins. We were all being super secretive about it, until someone texted the wrong group chat and ruined the surprise party.”
“My piece of advice is being able to deal with the heat. As a service technician, you get amazing opportunities to learn and grow, but it can be dangerous at times. Working in 110 degree attics are not the best working conditions, which is why its important to stay hydrated, eat a really good lunch and most importantly, work safely. At the end of the day, we just want to get home to our families.”
“I love how we all work as a team, especially with the management. I strongly feel that with good management, we can accomplish great things and that’s what we are doing right now. Whether it’s a big or small project, we all come together to help our customers.”
