Introducing Chill Brother of the Month: Juan Estrada, our Chill Brother of the Month! Discover his incredible journey and how he embodies a chill lifestyle. Get inspired by Juan’s story!

We would like to recognize Juan Estrada, Inventory and Purchasing Specialist as Chill Brother of the month! Juan loves spending time with his family and the family aspect of The Chill Brothers. Take a deep dive into who Juan is and his role within the company: 

What is your daily routine?

“So because I am a part of the accounting team, the first thing I do is to check what pressing issues we need to take care of. Since I am in charge of inventory, I hop over to our service side and see what things they need; typically it’s equipment, materials and parts. Depending on how quickly they need them, I make some phone calls to see what we can get in as quickly as possible so we can service our customers.”

What do you love about working with The Chill Brothers?

“Something that I really enjoy is the family atmosphere we have here. Especially with our accounting team, we are constantly communicating. We work with the install and service team constantly which is nice because we have a back hallway that connects us. So, if you can’t find me, I am most likely over there.” 

What sets The Chill Brothers apart from others? 

“I can’t speak on what other companies do, but what I can say about The Chill Brothers is that we are evolving. We have been in business for only three years, and you could not have predicted the rate of how fast we are growing. It’s pretty awesome, and what’s more special than growth in numbers, is growth as people and employees.”

What have you learned from working with The Chill Brothers? 

“I can say this, and it’s not cliché, we don’t settle. We do everything we can do to take care of our customers as fast as we can. We also understand that even though we are out there working hard, in the heat, if you do it with a smile on your face, it makes the day go by quicker and makes you feel good that you are providing something that is a necessity here in Houston.” 

What do you do in your free time?

“When I am not at work, I try to get away from it completely. I like to stay active, I like to play sports and travel. But what’s important to me is spending quality time with my family.”

What is your favorite memory with The Chill Brothers?

“I would have to say that my favorite memory so far would be the crawfish cook-off. It was great to see everyone outside, eating good food and seeing smiles.”

What do you want to accomplish in the future?

“For me it’s more personal. I want to further my education and do something that I have always wanted to do; provide something unique for the community that money can’t buy.”

What has been your biggest achievement?

“My biggest achievement I have had is being a dad. Alongside meeting my wife and getting married. No matter what I do, it’s always family first.” 

Overall, how do you feel about The Chill Brothers?

“I am just grateful for the great environment that we have here at The Chill Brothers. I can say from the day I started to now, I could not have predicted the growth that I have seen within myself and others on my team. I think  our team is pretty solid and I’m excited because we are going to be pretty big, pretty soon. It’s going to be exciting.”
