What is your daily routine?
“I start the day by getting to the office at 8AM. I go through everyone’s sits, we read everyone’s notes to see where we can help them out. I also do some coaching, phone calls, catch up with my team and see how they are doing in the field.”
What do you love about working with The Chill Brothers?
“There are a lot of things I love about working here, but I would have to say the community. If you want to learn something new, you can go to anybody you want and they will teach you. There is no cap or limit to what you can learn at this company.”
What sets The Chill Brothers apart from other companies?
“As I stated previously, what sets us apart from other companies is there is nothing you can’t learn. If you want to learn something else in another field, you can actually learn that. If you go to other companies, most people will limit you to one thing that you can know or learn. Here, we want you to know everything that way you’re diverse in everything you are doing.”
What have you learned from working with The Chill Brothers?
“One that I have learned while working with The Chill Brothers is more on the HVAC side. Before working here, I had no knowledge of HVAC systems whatsoever.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“In my free time, when I am not working out or running, I am usually outside. I enjoy hunting, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors.”
Why should people work with The Chill Brothers?
“People should work with The Chill Brothers because earlier when I was talking about it, you can learn so many things here and nothing is off limits. If you work with another company, you can be limited to what you can learn. Here, the sky’s the limit.”
What is one accomplishment you are proud of?
“A specific achievement that I am proud of is when I came here with no HVAC history and within six months, I became assistant territorial manager; which is huge.”
What does your future look like with The Chill Brothers?
“I am actually building my team right now, so at the end of the year, I would like to have my own office with my complete team.”

I’m Francis Kaspar, a 35-year-old HVAC technician with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hold a certification in HVAC technology from Texas State Technical College, where I gained hands-on skills that shaped my career.
Currently, I’m working at The Chill Brothers, specializing in AC installation, repair, and energy-efficient solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids.
