Position Summary
Chill Brothers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HVAC Install Coordinator to support our installation operations team.
This position is responsible for coordinating installation schedules, communicating with customers and field teams, ensuring equipment and job readiness, and helping maintain an efficient installation process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC installation jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, times, and updates
- Work closely with Install Managers, Technicians, and Operations teams to ensure successful job execution
- Verify equipment availability and job readiness prior to installation
- Enter, update, and maintain job information within ServiceTitan and other company systems
- Assist with permit coordination and required documentation
- Monitor installation schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Provide administrative support to the installation department
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in HVAC, home services, dispatching, scheduling, or installation coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional overtime or weekend availability as business needs require
