Introducing our Chill Brother of the month: Da’Ron Oliver! Da’Ron is our Spring Territorial Sales Manager. He enjoys self educating as well as coming together as a team to work on personal goals. Take a deeper look into who Da’Ron is and his experience with The Chill Brothers: 

How did you start with The Chill Brothers?

“I just came in. I am from Charleston, South Carolina and I was working three jobs originally. All the money I saved up, I lost due to a bad investment. So after that, I started looking for jobs and I found The Chill Brothers and I took it upon myself to take the challenge and master everything going on inside the organization.”

What is your daily routine?

“I start my day at 6 AM to prepare for the day; making a to-do list and coming into the office. I stay consistent by making sure everyone is doing training and becoming a better version of themselves to make more money and making the day a great day, everyday.” 

What do you love about working with The Chill Brothers? 

“I love the environment that we have here and the fact that people are actually willing to learn and get better and have fun while doing it. ”

What motivates you?

“I would say what motivates me is more along the lines of family, my goals, and the community and actually helping people out.”

How would you describe The Chill Brothers?

“I would describe The Chill Brothers as having super good energy, positive, uplifting and building each other up culture.” 

What do you do in your free time?

“In my free time, honestly I study a lot and train on just getting better and reflect on my goals.”

What has been your favorite memory while working with The Chill Brothers?

“My favorite memories would have to be just talking to different personalities and indifferent customers and just being able to interact with folks who don’t come from a similar background and just learning it from them and learning a little about what they have been through in life. I also can say working with the newer folks that come inside the company to get better and build a sales career.” 

What do you want to accomplish in the future?

“I want to help my family get a house, build up my grandmother’s house that just got knocked down. And then I would say other than that, becoming a multimillionaire.” 

What advice do you have for someone starting in sales?

“The biggest advice is having a positive attitude and a super good work ethic. One saying that I like to tell people, that I actually heard from Brennan (CEO) or Joel (Sales Manager), ‘If it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck and it’s making money, you might wanna get to quacking’”. 

How does one become successful in sales?

“Biggest thing is to take your goals seriously, actually write them down. It’s all about repetition. Just write down your goal one day out of the year and just be at the end of the year like, ‘Oh I didn’t accomplish anything or I did’. I write down my goals every single day and I reflect on them often.” 

Why should people join The Chill Brothers?

“Honestly, if you just want to grow as a person and if you are looking for an opportunity to grow and make significant income, that’s why people should join The Chill Brothers. We are building something here. We all tell folks “don’t be the person that tells your grandkids that you once worked for a company, tell your grandkids that you helped build that company.”
