How did you get started in this field?
“Well, that’s a funny story. I grew up in a family full of construction workers and after college didn’t work out, I decided I needed to learn a trade, which ended up being the local 2-11 pipefitting. After 12 years of working for one big company in the commercial business, I decided that I wanted to go out on my own and that is when The Chill Brother mechanical team reached out to me to run their business for them.”Â
What does Chill Brothers Mechanical do?
“Chill Brothers Mechanical is the commercial side of The Chill Brothers residential business. We specialize in preventative maintenance, service as well as installs all throughout the Houston area.”Â
What do you love most about working in commercial HVAC?
“What I love most about working in the commercial HVAC business is probably the challenges everyday, especially with working on all the different equipment and meeting different people.” Â

What do you do in your free time?
“I enjoy hanging out with my family and I am also an avid bowhunter.”Â

“My goal is for Chill Brothers Mechanical to build and expand throughout the state of Texas.”Â
What is something you wish more people knew about commercial HVAC?
“What I wish more people knew about the commercial HVAC business is that we do provide preventative maintenance to keep your units going all year long at 100% capacity.”Â
What have you learned from working in commercial HVAC?
“I learned that there are a lot of different varieties of units in the commercial HVAC space. Everyday you learn something new.”Â

“What keeps me motivated is keeping the customers happy as well as my own employees. “Â

I’m Francis Kaspar, a 35-year-old HVAC technician with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hold a certification in HVAC technology from Texas State Technical College, where I gained hands-on skills that shaped my career.
