What is your daily routine?Â
“Everyday I come in, depending on if we have a meeting in the morning, I will go to the meeting, do some sales training and then go to a different neighborhood to help homeowners with their AC and see if we can help them qualify for our buyback program.”Â
How did you get started with The Chill Brothers?Â
“I started with The Chill Brothers about two years ago; summer of 2022. I started as a comfort ambassador and then a month or two I grew into a leadership role and then after that, somewhere around New Years, I grew into a comfort advisor role where I went into homes and help homeowners upgrade their AC and help them qualify for our promotions and rebates.After that, I earned the opportunity to help open up the Dallas office here at DFW. And then after the comfort advisor role, I decided to go back into leadership and figured out that’s where I wanted to grow and help other individuals grow in the company as well. I then earned my opportunity to be an assistant regional manager and then I saw another opportunity to go into recruiting. That way I can help people get into the business and see what they can do. Afterwards I went back to being a comfort advisor just to grow a bit more into the company.”Â
What inspired you to transition to multiple roles in the company?Â
“What inspired me to transition through different roles is because by working with The Chill Brothers, I realized that I am somebody that always likes change. I am always wanting to grow. So in a way, if I’m not growing, I’m dying, so I love working here. I always have the opportunity to grow as long as I put the work into it.”Â
What advice would you give to someone who wants to grow their career in sales?
“The advice I would give to someone that wants to grow in sales would be to come in and just be determined, have a good hard work ethic and have some really good energy. It’s one of the simplest professions in the word and one of the professions that can help you learn a lot of things in life.”Â
What is the company culture like at The Chill Brothers?Â
“With every role that I have had with The Chill brothers, I’ve noticed that whether it’s management or your peers; everyone’s very supportive. We are definitely like a big family here. Sometimes I see them more than I see my wife, but I definitely will say they’re very supportive and want you to succeed. They’ll always be there for you with anything you need help with.”Â
What is the most rewarding part about working with The Chill Brothers?Â
“One of the most rewarding parts about working with The Chill Brothers is that I never feel stagnant. It’s an everyday thing. I never feel like every day is the same. I feel it’s something new to talk about and something new to do and more opportunities.”Â
What motivates you?Â
“The biggest motivator for me here at The Chill Brothers is definitely my wife. She motivates me on a daily basis. She is always very supportive and always something that verbally motivates me and tells me I am the best thing out there.”Â
Why did you decide to join sales?Â
“I decided to join sales, by accident to be honest. I came from New York looking for a big change and then I applied to The Chill Brothers not knowing where I was going to be honest. I then had a very long conversation with Joel Stewart, the VP of sales and he showed me the potential I can do here as long as I work and, especially with the coaching he has given to me. And he hasn’t been wrong. It’s a place that I am very grateful to be in and I can’t see myself anywhere else.”Â
What are some of your goals?
“My personal goals within the new year are to definitely make more time for my wife and family in New Your, plan our wedding but also at the same time in my career, to just grow more in the company and never stop and keep working hard.”Â

I’m Francis Kaspar, a 35-year-old HVAC technician with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hold a certification in HVAC technology from Texas State Technical College, where I gained hands-on skills that shaped my career.
