What is the most rewarding part about your role?

“The most rewarding part about my job here at The Chill Brothers is being able to speak my knowledge to the folks that haven’t been in the industry as long as I have. I first started in HVAC in 1997 and I have been doing it for quite some time, but it’s enjoyable and rewarding which is why I have stuck with it.”

What makes The Chill Brothers services different from other HVAC companies?

“The Chill Brothers services are different from others in the industry because of their innovation. They’ve changed the way we look at needing and wanting and using air conditioning and heating equipment to the public.”

What has been your favorite memory with The Chill Brothers?

“My favorite memory here at The Chill Brothers has been the successes of the people that I work with, seeing them happy and seeing them succeed has been an amazing journey.”

How do you stay motivated?

“At this point, I motivate myself and my team by showing them the path to advancement. There is a lot of growth that is in front of us and showing them that they can achieve the goals that they’ve set in front of them. That is what keeps me smiling and motivating and also being able to pass it onto my coworker to help motivate them.”

What do you do in your free time?

“My family is the most important thing. I spend a lot of time with my children and grandchildren. If I’m not spending time with them, I’m on my bike riding roads around the Woodlands and in Houston. I am also into every kind of sport that there is. I enjoy football, baseball, motorcycling and more. I am just an athletic and competitive person.”

How would you describe The Chill Brothers?

“In a few worlds, I would describe The Chill Brothers as innovative and team oriented.”

What is something you wish more people knew about HVAC?

“I wish more people knew about their HVAC system in terms of maintenance; maintenance is so important to the efficiency, the life and longevity and even the warranty. Knowing that it needs maintenance twice a year, every year, whether its’ running good or not, it’s so important and so many people don’t realize it.”
