What are your duties?
“I oversee our contact center and drive quality lead volume and deliver top tier customer service to both our internal and external customers. Our coordination team is a very fast paced environment, but a very rewarding role as we continue to expand and drive revenue.”
How did you get started in this field?
“So I have been in the trade a little shy of eight years now. I started in customer service and slowly grew from a dispatcher to a sales coordinator and I’ve found true pleasure in where I am today, which is building contact centers with efficient processes and molding agents into learning and growing every single day.”Â
What skills do you think are essential for someone in your role?Â
“That’s a great question! I truly believe that you have to be obsessed with your customers. I also think strong communication skills is another skill set that is a must.”Â
What is your favorite part from working in lead coordination?Â
“My favorite part about working in lead coordination here at The Chill Brothers is the culture. I think our culture is just one of a kind and it’s rewarding to see the company continue to grow, to succeed and share success and have record runs; that is my favorite part.”Â
What makes The Chill Brothers unique?Â
“I think what’s very unique about our company is the passion and sales drive along with the ability to be creative. Leadership really hears you when it comes to executing new ideas.”Â
How does lead coordination contribute to the company?Â
“I view our lead coordinators as the heart of the company. Our team takes pride in saving leads, but they also take pride in building very unique values to those customers who are not already aware of who we are.”Â
What do you do in your free time?Â
“I enjoy playing claw machines and chess with my daughter alongside learning from strong mentors like my father and Bill cole. I also enjoy watching some Brian Tracy videos.”Â
What are your goals within your role?Â
“I look forward to completing my project with our contact center within this year and continue to learn while I do that and improve my processes and implementation. It’s all about speed to our customers and the growth of our team.”Â
How do you prepare for an in-home assessment?Â
“What I typically do is research. I go to HAR and look at the square footage and look at the ceilings of the house. Read a little bit of information about their current system that was passed to me. Basically just a little bit of homework so when I do go to the house I have an idea of what direction we are going in. Especially in HVAC where things can go many ways, I like to prepare for everything rather than coming in and shooting from the hip. “Â
What has been your favorite memory while working with The Chill Brothers?Â
“One of my favorite memories is actually the most recent. It was during our hurricane and seeing our company come together. I really saw a strong leadership team taking care of all our employees and their empathy during these tough situations.”Â
What makes The Chill Brothers customer service the best?Â
“The way The Chill Brothers look at our customers is just like how you look at family and friends. We are constantly looking to tailor and customer air conditioners to the needs, budgets and always doing what’s right for you. It goes from having free assessments and not having to charge these outrageous fees to get some help. We are the experts, you know! Everything we do from coming out to advise you, to educating you on the product and what’s in your best interest and showing you the outlined numbers with our clients so they can make an educated decision. We are always staying fair. If they don’t need a new system and it’s not the right time, then no worries, enroll in our chill plan. And when the time is right to get a new system, when you’re past the 10 year mark, then you can use all your savings that you use towards a new system. And there you go, huge savings on one side and more importantly, taking care of your family with quality AC especially here in Texas where it’s more of a necessity than luxury.” Â
