How did you get started in the marketing field? 

“I never actually knew I wanted to be into the marketing field until I got into college. Once I took my first intro to marketing class, I learned that I get to use everything that I love to do! I love being creative, I love psychology and I love being social and getting to know people and what their needs and wants are. So it really ended up being a match made in heaven for me to join this industry.” 

How have you seen The Chill Brothers grow and expand? 

“I’ve been a part of the Chill Brothers company for the last three years and I was here at the very beginning when we were just at one location. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly into multiple different cities, multiple different offices and our team has just grown exponentially. We really pride ourselves on the culture that we have here where everyone feels welcomed and everyone feels heard and you’re able to climb the ladder if you choose and if not, if you’re happy in your position, you can stay and excel in that position.” 

What does The Chill Brothers marketing team do?

“When people ask me what the marketing team does here at The Chill Brothers, I’d like to say we do a little bit of everything. We really touch every department here at the company from start to finish. We have to be involved with customer experience; so if that’s communication wise with text messaging, emailing, all the print material that they’re given to the even end of it when you can leave us a review. We really are through the whole process. 

What are the goals for the marketing team?

“The goal for the marketing team is to always elevate the customer experience. So, how can we do that? A few things we’ve done is to really make the communication process throughout our whole team a lot more seamless. With that, we’ve started with automatic messaging, emailing, taxes messaging so that we can alert our team when you’re reaching out to us or to make sure our team can reach out to you! If you’re at work, you can’t be on the phone, we can text you, we can email you and then we can always send you the quote or any other information you need. At the end, we also send you our link to give a review so you can give your feedback on what we’ve done well and what we’ve done that you think we can improve on.” 

What do you want customers to feel when they engage with our brand? 

“With all of our marketing materials, we want to make sure that our community is able to get to know who we are. Our core values are that we are transparent, we’re honest with our customers, and we really have a good relationship with everyone that comes in contact with The Chill Brothers. Anything you see on social media when it comes to our company outings or our photos with our customers, that’s truly what we experience every day. We want to make sure that you can get to know us and we can get to know you!” 

How do you use customer feedback in marketing? 

“Customer feedback is super important to us. We want to make sure that we are giving you the best experience possible. If you think there’s something that we can do a little bit better, let us know! We truly value any kind of feedback we have. If it’s a review or a call-in, we want to now, good or bad; let us know! Let’s make that perfect experience for you.”   

What do you enjoy most about interacting with customers through marketing efforts? 

“As a Lennox Premier Dealer, we have a really close partnership with Lennox. With that, Lennox organizes a program called Lennox Feel the Love every year. IN this program, we get to help out a deserving family or individual that may just need extra little assistance with getting a brand new HVAC system. This program allows our team to come together and help our community. It’s a really fun and endearing program and we love being a part of it every year!” 

What do you hope to achieve with The Chill Brothers brand? 

“Our hopes for our Chill Brothers brand is that our customers can really get to know us and our culture. We are fun, we have a great time, we love meeting new people but we always want to make sure that our customers come first. What can we do to elevate your experience? We can make sure that our systems fit what you need and fir the budget that you have.” 

What’s the key to building trust and loyalty through marketing?

“We have really made deep roots in every community that we’re a part of. The way we did this was to really care about our customer. We got to know them, their families, their animals and with this we’ve really built a very loyal customer base that is now a Chill Brother or Sister!”
