- Check electrical wiring-connections and insulation
- Check evaporator coil for dirt/bacteria
- Clean and check condensate drain
- Check wiring connections and insulation (outdoor)
- Check and clean condenser coil with hose/brush (Chemical cleaning additional charge)
- Check balance and rotation on condensing fan motor
- Check lineset connections for evidence of leaks or cracks
