We would like to recognize Ryan Mauldin, Service Manager, as Chill Brother of the month! Ryan loves to see his fellow Chill brothers and sister succeed while also riding on his Harley and spending time with family and friends. Take a deep dive into who Ryan is and his story with The Chill Brothers.
“My daily routine looks like a lot of different things. Not everyday is the same. I normally arrive at the office around 6:30 AM and take a look at all of our service calls a day before to make sure they’re closed out and also to make sure we’ve resolved any issues that have arose. After that, I would either be in some meetings or out in the field helping the technicians. Any multitude of things may happen, my days never look the same. “
“I love that we have the ability to overcome almost any obstacle that I’ve seen. We work closely as a team to get over any obstacles and we usually succeed. Seeing everybody work together daily has been something I haven’t experienced before within a company and it’s fresh, nice and creates an overall great work environment.”
“My motivation usually comes from watching other people succeed. Being able to help train, mentor and coach our technicians, sometimes even our sales staff on HVAC system’s works allows me to watch them grow as a person and succeed within the company. That is what really motivates me.”
“One thing I have learned from working with The Chill Brothers is that nothing is never as it seems; not in a bad way. I came into this smaller company not realizing what an impact we would have on our community. I have also learned that you don’t have to be a big corporation to give back to the community. With Feel the Love through Lennox, we were able to help a local family and it was cool to see a younger company that was growing to step up and help others.”
“I’m a dad and a husband so in my free time I usually spend time with them. I play guitar quite a bit and when I get stressed out because the life of a service manager can be stressful, I go take a ride on my Harley.”
“ We had our Halloween costume contest and I showed up as a walrus and the person behind the camera was the polar bear. They forced me to do a Tik Tok video and that was honestly the funniest thing that’s happened and it is stuck in my head.”
“I wish to grow The Chill Brothers all over the state of Texas so we can offer the same amazing service we do here but for everyone of our Texans.”
“When working in HVAC, you get to go home every night knowing that you helped someone out with a problem. Whether it be a family, an elderly lady or someone with an infant in the home, you are able to create a solution for a problem that was interrupting their life. You lay your head down at night knowing that you did something.”
